| SYLVESTER PASCHAL, ESQ. Prior to his appointment, Attorney Paschal served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted a wide range of criminal matters in both Boston Municipal Court and Juvenile Court. He presented cases to the grand jury, litigated complex motions, and managed a high-volume caseload while also mentoring and supervising legal interns. Attorney Paschal is an active leader within the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association, serving on the Board of Directors and as Founder and Chair of the Black Attorneys Leading in Law Subcommittee, where he develops initiatives focused on mentorship, professional development, and community engagement. He also contributes to the Boston Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Section Council, supporting programming and resources that address critical issues in the legal profession. Attorney Paschal earned his Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University. He is committed to advancing access to justice, strengthening the legal community, and supporting the professional growth of future attorneys. |
