Welcome to the MBLA

Our Mission

The MBLA is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal field while advocating for systemic change to promote justice and equality in our communities.

Through education, mentorship, and collaborative action, we strive to create a more inclusive and equitable legal industry while addressing the systemic challenges faced by Black individuals.

Community Service & Social Action Committee

The Community Service & Social Action Committee promotes member involvement in volunteer legal and community service, while empowering leadership and advocacy to affect social change. It advances the MBLA’s voice on public policy and legal issues and implements programs that educate and engage around social justice.
